Conveniently located on the site of the original hamlet of "Hopewell" in East Fishkill, accessible from both Beekman and Clove Branch Roads, the cemetery has provided final resting place since the early 1700s.
One easily feels a connection with history walking among aged monuments in a serene, rural, twelve-acres setting.
In 1934 plot holders became the cemetery's owners; a nonprofit association began providing sacred interment to all. A local Board of Trustees manages all cemetery functions and maintenance.
